We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and caring team. Job Description

• Comprehensive Assessments : Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical health, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Individualised Treatment Plans : Develop and implement personalised physiotherapy programs to address conditions such as arthritis, stroke recovery, and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Rehabilitation and Mobility Support : Assist residents in improving or maintaining their mobility, strength, and independence through targeted exercises and interventions.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, and medical staff to provide holistic care.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Education and Training : Provide education to residents, families, and staff on injury prevention, mobility aids, and safe movement practices.
• Discharge Planning : Contribute to discharge planning by assessing residents' readiness and recommending appropriate follow-up care or rehabilitation services.

SELECTION CRITERIA :

• Qualification in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA Registration
• Valid National Police Clearance
• Problem solving, prioritising & time management skills.
