Call Centre - Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative in our Business Development Centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers wanting to book in for their services and repairs.

• Responsibilities will include
• Answering phone enquiries
• Booking services and vehicle repairs
• Outbound service reminder calls
• To be successful in this role, you must have
• Experience in a phone based customer service role or similar
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and navigate new systems
• Work independently and as part of a team

• Fulltime position
• No weekend work
• 8 hour day 9.00am and 5.00pm
• 30 min lunch with 2 additional 10 min breaks
• No late shifts
• You'll be based at our state-of-the-art Audi Macarthur dealership.
