  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $110266 to $122058 super

The role

As an Executive Assistant youll provide confidential executive secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director and the Director of Operations. Your role involves managing diaries records and correspondence preparing reports and briefings and acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Director. Youll also support various administrative projects and ensure efficient meeting coordination.

One of the key challenges youll face is balancing multiple projects and activities under tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Youll need to be super organised and handle sensitive matters tactfully and ensure minimal disruption to the Executive Directors schedule. Your ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively and follow up where required will be crucial in this dynamic environment. You will also need proficiency in the latest digital tools and software to effectively supportthe Directors.

  • Proficiency in using technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in your work .
