We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Executive Manager Enterprise Architecture reporting to the Executive General Manager nbn Architecture.
A bit about your role
The Executive Manager Enterprise Architecture is a key leadership role in the Enterprise Architecture Leadership team, collaborating with peers to set the overall strategy for the group. This role will influence the decision-making of the leadership team to ensure all relevant perspectives are fully considered. You will lead, motivate, inspire and people manage direct reports and broader team members to ensure an effective, engaged, and high-performing team culture. You are to create a compelling vision for the team which aligns with nbn's purpose and strategy.
This role will be responsible for driving cross-domain enterprise architecture. This includes acting as the secretariat for the nbn Architecture review board, managing the integrated nbn target architecture, and driving enterprise architecture strategic considerations. Moreover, you are accountable for managing the cross-domain target architecture collaborating with domain architects for input and ensuring alignment of architectural inputs.
A bit about you
Moreover, you have experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities as well as demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team to deliver outcomes for these initiatives.
