At Bullivants we are currently seeking an energetic and motivated

• Field Service Planner / Coordinator
• Perth,
• to provide comprehensive FST (Field Service Technician) scheduling and support service to our team members and to respond to the needs of internal and external customers in a timely and professional way.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Schedule and deploy technicians to customer sites for conducting audits, on site repair, testing and certification safety products
• Identify and assess customer requirements and needs
• Ensure delivery expectations are managed and met

To be successful, you will have :

• Demonstrated Planning and Scheduling experience
• Sales or customer service experience
• Computer Skills (Excel, Word and App based programmes)
• Previous experience or knowledge of the Lifting, Rigging & / or Safety supply business will be an advantage but not necessary (Training Provided)
• A confident multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
