About the roleThis role is part of a small team that manages family accounts for all YMCA Early Learning Care, Before & After School Care and School Holiday Program customers. You will be the first point of contact (written and verbal) for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to the business.
Your role will involve :
Providing ELC Centre / OSHC specific information to families / customers enquiriesAssisting with the running of associated administration tasks and processes of the fortnightly direct debit functions and processesProfessionally managing and recording all interactions via the Qikkids tracking systemMaking calls relating to outstanding debt; attempt to collect outstanding payments, manage payment plans and suspend accounts where requiredCompleting transactional tasks and data entry with speed and accuracyWorking in a complex, high-volume work environmentThis is a full time role and the hourly rate is $28. Flexible working arrangements working both from home and one day in our Box Hill state office.
