We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Project Manager

to lead and deliver ICT projects with a strong focus on governance, risk, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including documentation, resource coordination, and status reporting, while ensuring alignment with structured methodologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality.

Prepare and maintain project documentation such as PIDs, business cases, risk logs, and financial reports.

Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the PMO's governance framework and standards.

Provide accurate and timely status updates to sponsors and stakeholders.

Coordinate resources, manage procurement processes, and oversee vendor engagement.

Deliver projects using PRINCE2 and / or Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in ICT environments.

Strong experience in financial reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under structured project management methodologies.

Familiarity with Government procurement processes.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
