About The Role

Lead and support a team of retail staff to create a positive and productive work environment. Oversee daily operations, including stock control, merchandising, and staff rosters. Ensure full compliance with liquor licensing laws and responsible service standards. Drive sales and customer satisfaction through great service and smart planning. Track sales performance and make improvements to boost results and solve issues quickly.

Your Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of management experience in retail, bottle shop, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of liquor products and current RSA certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
