What’s the role?

As a results-oriented sales leader, you’ll empower a team of Lenders to thrive as passionate advocates for our customers. In a fast-paced and competitive lending environment, you’ll lead strategic growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition while ensuring every interaction delivers an outstanding experience.

Your leadership and support will empower your team to succeed. By modelling strong interpersonal and professional skills, you’ll set the standard for delivering outstanding service to our customers.

What do I need?

We’re looking for a proven leader with deep experience in home lending—someone who’s not only driven by results but passionate about developing others. Your background in sales leadership within the lending industry will be key to expanding our market presence and uplifting your team’s capabilities.

You’ll bring a coaching mindset, empowering your team to reach their full potential. With a strategic eye and strong business acumen, you’ll uncover new opportunities through your networks and lead with the motivation and vision needed to drive meaningful growth.
