• About the Job

Reporting to the Property Care Manager, the role of the Production Coordinator is to support and oversee the achievement of commercial contract work objectives, including quality control, supervising staff and supported employees, whilst maintaining a safe work environment through a high quality of health and safety practices in the cleaning and painting services located in various Perth Metro areas.

• Key duties include
• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholder, including external stakeholders such as commercial customers, and internal customer cohorts;
• Ability to teach, mentor and coach staff supported employees with different skill and ability levels;
• Proven ability to analyse and maintain budgets in a supporting role;
• Strong initiative, focusing on continuous quality improvement;
• Ability to create ongoing production schedules to achieve effective workforce planning;
• Quote preparation experience;
• Supporting the Property Care Manager with implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management plan and monitoring compliance with the plan;
• What you'll need
• Commercial cleaning experience with the ability to teach and coach others in this area;
• Strong leadership capability with supervisory experience in a similar environment;
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers to create a positive environment for relationship and partnership building;
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds, and have a passion for helping others.
