About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Monelli, a leading hospitality company, as a Venue Manager.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our premier venue. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of this key location.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of the venue's operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, inventory control, staff rostering, and customer relations
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the venue's performance, brand, and customer experience
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment
Analyze key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
Liaise with cross-functional teams and senior management to align the venue's operations with the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
Proven track record of at least 5 years in a venue management or hospitality management role
Strong operational expertise, with a deep understanding of budgeting, staff management, and service delivery
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement and innovation
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
