What's in it for you : Competitive salary of up to $135,000 + super Childcare discount to support your own family Additional annual bonuses tied to Centre performance Uniforms provided – so you're always ready to lead with confidence Be part of fun excursions and local community events that bring learning to life Autonomy to lead and grow the centre, backed by a highly supportive operations team An opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, families, and your team every single day What we're looking for : Minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Director role within Early Childhood Education A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (NSW-recognised) A current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) and other required certifications (e.g. First Aid, Child Protection, CPR, Anaphylaxis) Proven track record in managing a large early learning centre Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with families, mentoring educators, and contributing to local marketing efforts Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) A hands-on, empathetic leader who supports and motivates their team Committed to compliance, continuous quality improvement, and team development What you'll be doing : Leading strong team by example — not just from the office, but side-by-side on the floor Building positive relationships with families and strengthening the centre's presence in the community Supporting and developing educators to deliver high-quality, play-based programs Managing day-to-day operations with a focus on compliance, quality, and care Playing an active role in marketing and enrolment strategies to ensure the centre's continued growth and success What's Next?
