With operations in 70+ countries and the ability to communicate in over 150 languages, we lead in delivering exceptional customer experiences.We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Robina delivery centre, working with one of Australia's leading superannuation funds.What we offer : Commencement date : 14th & 28th April 2025Operational Hours : Monday to Friday 7 : 00AM – 8 : 00PMTraining : 4 weeks of comprehensive paid trainingPay rate : $27.17 + super, penalty rates & incentivesLocation : Full-time onsite opportunities Robina delivery centreKey Responsibilities : First point of contact for customer service and account managementAbility to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experienceSupport customers through multiple channels.

Commencing on our voice line and potentially being upskilled into digital team, moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and emailsWork across systems and knowledge base to successfully address customer enquiriesMaintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive informationWho are you?You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers.
