    The Role

    Talent Profile

    The following are amongst the duties and responsibilities of the Club Lounge Manager

    • Responsible for co-ordinating and greeting the daily VIP arrivals and amenities.
    • Organizing daily lounge operations; seasonal promotions and planning special events.
    • Welcomes and co-ordinates with the team every aspect of a guest's stay.
    • Responsible for recruiting, rostering and training colleagues to ensure the very best service is delivered each and every day.
    • Ensure food and beverage manuals, specials are kept up to date and relevant
    • Works with the kitchen to deliver an exclusive menu for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail service for our Pacific Club guests.
    • Assisting and maintaining record for stock control for Hotel including ordering & storage of food ingredients in accordance with the Food Safety
    • Managing budget and ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget
    • Liaises with other hotel departments to ensure all guest's needs are met an actioned quickly.
    • Monitor food preparation and health and safety practices to ensure the restaurant and staff are presentable and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
    • Deliver the food and beverage component of hotel conferencing and events
    • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
    • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
    • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
    • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
    • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
    • Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and assessing feedback to continuously work on improving service
    • Reports directly to the Front Office Manager
    • Qualifications and Experiences

      Minimum AQF relevant Diploma or above, with 2 years of relevant work experience is required. In the absence of qualification, minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required.

    • You would be expected to perform the duties of the job in our location at 207 Adelaide Terrace, Perth WA 6000. The salary offered is from $55,000.00 annually (Plus Super) on a 38 hours of work per week.
