Health, Safety and Training - Business Analyst / Planner

We’re seeking a capable and driven Business Analyst / Planner to join our Health, Safety and Training team.

This onsite role plays a key part in aligning training delivery with operational plans while driving data quality, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Extract, validate and analyse health, safety and training data and to support daily, weekly and End of Month reporting processes.
• Build and maintain dashboards to support compliance, KPIs, and TNA progress visibility.
• Develop monthly and weekly training schedules aligned to the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Integrate training into daily / weekly mine plans and liaise with Planning and Operations for resourcing.
• Coordinate and book internal / external training, ensuring resource availability and minimising clashes.
• Maintain training calendars and contribute to Operational Planning meetings with up-to-date training insights.
• Conduct training and safety data audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
