About the role
The primary purpose of the Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Project (CHRP), Clinical Planning role is to manage the Metro North Hospital and Health Services's (MNHHS) responsibilities for the clinical planning for the Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Stage 1, taking into consideration the requirements of the CHRP contract documentation for the redevelopment. The role will :
- develop, implement and be accountable for the clinical planning required to effectively deliver the CHRP and MNHHS's obligations under the CHRP Managing Contractor arrangement, and other relevant contracts and arrangements.
- ensure that, from a clinical planning and project delivery perspective, the CHRP meets the requirements of MNHHS and Caboolture Hospital stakeholders and is delivered in accordance with the Project Objectives, including being delivered on time, within budget and being fit for its intended purpose.
- provide a point of contact and co-ordination between the CHRP delivery team and Caboolture Hospital Service Lines, on clinical planning related matters during the design, construction, building commissioning, transition and operational commissioning of the project.
- build and maintain strong relationships between all stakeholders in the CHRP, in particular, MNHHS, and other Caboolture Hospital stakeholders, to ensure positive working partnerships focussed on delivering the Project Objectives.
- lead, facilitate and be the point of accountability for the effective development and management of the project's clinical planning concepts and documents required for the CHRP development and commissioning processes from the MNHHS's perspective.
