My client is a prestigious manufacturer of cutting-edge equipment and systems for chemical fluid metering and monitoring. They are renowned for their expertise in the design, supply, installation, and service of Chemical Dosing and Water Treatment Systems, Progressive Cavity Pumps, Instrumentation, and associated equipment. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to be based in either Sydney or the Central Coast.

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and servicing of our client's top-of-the-line equipment. You will primarily focus on providing exceptional service to regional councils, water authorities, and commercial aquatic centers. This exciting opportunity involves traveling within Sydney and surrounding regional areas, with a maximum of 2-3 nights away per week.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting servicing and maintenance tasks on company equipment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment faults
  • Offering technical support and guidance to customers
  • Collaborating and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Completing accurate service reports and other necessary documentation
  • Key Requirements
  • Highly desirable : Disconnect and Reconnect License
  • Qualified electrician with experience in analysers and chemical dosing within the Water Treatment Industry or Aquatics Industry
  • Exceptional customer communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while efficiently managing workload
  • Flexibility to travel to regional areas, occasionally requiring overnight stays
