About the role We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast (Arundel-based office).
You will play a crucial role in managing the contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring compliance, efficiency and successful project delivery. What you'll be doing Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of construction contracts and subcontracts
Monitoring contract performance and ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions
Coordinating with project managers, and other stakeholders to address contractual issues and mitigate risks
Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and record-keeping systems
Providing support and guidance to project teams
Assist with progress claim and variation preparation and control
Raise, issue and close out purchase orders
Purchase order and invoice reconciliation
Administration of the project HSE system
What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ideally proven expertise using project software (ideally Jobpac, Procure, MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint)
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve contractual issues
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate contract records and documentation
Knowledge of the local construction market and subcontractors would be highly advantageous
