This outreach role supports individuals both in transitional housing and the broader community, helping them move from crisis to safety, and from safety to empowerment.This is more than a case management role—it's a chance to be a trusted guide, a voice of advocacy, and a source of stability when it's needed most.Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a fixed-term full-time position, contracted until 30 June 2026, based in Coburg, VIC.
