About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll handle consumer enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. You'll also report key feedback to internal teams to help drive product and service improvements.

What your day looks like :
Maintain up-to-date communication templates, support brand initiatives, and deliver regular insights through consumer feedback reporting.
