Job descriptionJunior Business Consultant to join their boutique consultancy firm. Conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain an understanding of the clients' business Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing Making recommendations for improvement, using models to test them and presenting findings to the client Developing and implementing new procedures or training Collecting information about their client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.) Analyse and interpret data to inform findings and recommendation Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice About You Degree in Commerce (Business, Management & Auditing) or relevant field Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills Aptitude in creative problem-solving Commercial awareness Good numerical skills Attention to detail On Offer Competitive salary package Ongoing support and training provided Career progression opportunities Access to onsite facilities e.g. gym and pool
