Job description

Assist with the organising and processing a variety of travel activities in accordance with Government policies, procedures, legislation, and Directives utilizing the CTM SMART Portal and the Utilisation Management System (UMS) for fleet vehicles.

Assist in preparing submissions seeking approval for combining official and private travel.

Assist in the coordination and processing of staff and witness travel expense claims, motor vehicle allowance claims and general reimbursements through SAP, in accordance with relevant Government policies, procedures, legislation and Directives.

Maintaining business unit registers including QTravel, Cabcharge eTicket Register, authority to drive, and motor vehicle private use authority.

Liaise, consult, and maintain effective communication with staff at all levels and deal with sensitive and / or confidential information in an appropriate manner.

Set and self-manage work priorities through monitoring and following up on work in progress.

Assist with the development and review of ODCPL travel procedures and processes by analysing work, identifying issues, and making recommendations for improvement were identified, in accordance with whole-of-government requirements.

Perform other financial / corporate / litigation support duties as requested, that support the achievement of business and organisational outcomes.
