We're also super proud to be included in the 2024 HRD Australia 5-Star Employers of Choice list.Our people and our culture are truly our secret sauce.Job DescriptionNow, about this role…Day to day you will deliver intelligent insight and risk management to bankers to assist in providing an amazing Judo customer experience; contribute proactively tothe ongoing refinement and enhancement of Judo's proposition, processes, andsystems and embrace Judo Culture and positively impact its evolutionIf that excited you, then this just might be…your dream job : Supporting bankers in establishing & maintaining the ongoing care for aportfolio of SME business customersPerforming credit analysis, including reviewing loan and credit applications,running credit reports, analysing loan extension and renewal requests,identifying risks, completing borrowing base analyses, and preparingcollateral analysis reportsPresenting and organising the above information and data concisely,enabling quick decision making and enhancing Judo's speed to marketProviding advice regarding the structuring of loans, including repaymentschedules, interest rates, and other terms for client accounts.

This includesstructuring payment arrangements, funding loan advances, and reviewingdocumentation on loan closings to ensure all information is properlyrecordedProviding advice and input on continuous improvement of systems, businessand organisational methods to enhance customer value propositionAssessing customer's needs, character, capacity, capital, and collateral tomake decisions on the level of risk associated with their credit applicationCompleting compliance and annual reviews, submitting necessary reports toaddress compliance issues, and checking transactions to make sure alldocuments and records adhere to relevant federal and state banking lawsBusiness Development, supporting the origination of deals with new andexisting customersDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout you : Tertiary qualification in Finance or BusinessExperience working in financial services or a related industryAbility to understand and form business structuresFinancial Management skills and strong financial acumenA high degree of digital literacyAt Judo, our culture sets us apart : Our Values : Accountability : Make decisions and own them.
