Known for delivering consistent results in the commercial and industrial sectors, they're now looking for a capable Site Manager to take ownership of upcoming Perth metro projects.If you have hands-on tilt-up experience and want to work with a builder who values your input, autonomy, and safety leadership—this is your role.Key Responsibilities : Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finishCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and site schedulingOversee toolbox talks, site inductions, and WHS complianceMonitor program milestones, budgets, and quality benchmarksCommunicate effectively with the Project Manager and delivery teamEnsure site documentation is maintained and up to dateWhat We're Looking For : Proven experience as a Site Manager on tilt-up and industrial projectsWhite Card and Tilt-Up Construction Ticket (mandatory)Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skillsDeep understanding of WA safety standards and building codesMust be Perth-based with full Australian working rightsWhat You'll Get : $140K – $160K + Super, based on experiencePermanent, full-time position on Perth metro projectsSupportive, tight-knit team with hands-on leadershipNo FIFO or regional travel—local projects onlyLong-term career development with a stable employerInterested in leading quality builds with real backing?Apply now by sending your CV to
