Labourer / Backup Warehouse Driver

We are a company that packs fresh fruit and vegetables into boxes each morning, then delivers these boxes to customers. We are looking for a reliable individual to work on the line (packing boxes) and doing delivery runs when required (on-call 4 days a week).

Your route is planned and made for you and you can access it via an app - it's all made easy to follow.

The number one attribute we are looking for is

• reliability
• you must be on call and ready to go at short notice.

45 / hr + GST for warehouse work, delivery work paid as a price per box (varies day-to-day). We pay for deliveries depending on the route, distance and density, over the week the average is around $7 per box, our top drivers do about 110 boxes per day.

We will be giving you around 30-40 boxes on your first week, just to see how you go / get customer feedback then afterwards we can give you some consistency and load you up with as much as you can do.

Start time on the line is from 4am Tuesday to Friday. End times vary, on the line it is generally between 10am - 12pm, for delivery it is whenever you finish your route - typically 6pm or earlier.

You would have to remain on call for potential deliveries Tuesday to Friday.

Having an ABN is required as you will be billed as a contractor, and your own van is preferred but not required, you can rent one. You can easily set up an ABN online for free.

Must be fit to carry 14-25kg boxes.

Our warehouse is located in Rocklea, Brisbane.
