The Administrative Assistant - Quality and Clinical Governance will provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the Quality Systems Department and Clinical Governance Unit. The role works closely with the Quality Systems Manager, the Clinical Risk Manager and their teams. Flexibility with days / times.
Key responsibilities will include :
What you will bring to the role : - Very good written communication skills to perform accurate minute taking and record keeping- Exceptional oral communication skills to enable effective liaison with other departments and people across the organisation- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and see tasks through to completion-
