Administrative Assistant - Quality and Clinical Governance

Part time (30.4 hours per week / 0.8 FTE), ongoing

Cabrini Research Malvern (154 Wattletree Rd)

How you will make an impact :

The Administrative Assistant - Quality and Clinical Governance will provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the Quality Systems Department and Clinical Governance Unit. The role works closely with the Quality Systems Manager, the Clinical Risk Manager and their teams. Flexibility with days / times.

Key responsibilities will include :

  • Organising meeting scheduling, assisting with the development of meeting agendas and minute taking for various clinical related quality committees- Providing administrative assistance to support the Quality Systems, Clinical Risk and Customer Relations teams- Coordination of the Q&A Program- Formatting letters and documents- Managing the delivery of sensitive letters and documents including organising couriers and secure postage- Invoice payment and reconciliation - particularly legal accounts and patient related reimbursement- Tracking, ordering, retrieving and returning medical records
  • What you will bring to the role : - Very good written communication skills to perform accurate minute taking and record keeping- Exceptional oral communication skills to enable effective liaison with other departments and people across the organisation- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and see tasks through to completion-

  • Ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully with the managers of each team- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is advantageous.
