What this role involves

Establish relationships with key stakeholders to ensure full compliance with client & Cater Care SHE policies, systems and procedures

KPI reporting and analysis

Provide technical advice and support to the business for all SHE related matters

Ensure Standard Work Instructions and Site Operational Risk Assessments are implemented and complied with at all workplace sites

Maintain database records and generate reports

Skills and Experiences

You will possess the following to be successful in this role

Previous experience working within contract catering desired

Possess a formal SHE qualification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility - ability to adapt to busy / changing conditions

Sound computer program experience with Excel, Word and Google Suite

Experience with SHE recording / analytics packages

OH&S working knowledge and certification

Environmental working knowledge

Strong customer service focus

Facilitation and presentation skills

A manual drivers' license is preferred
