Construction Cadet

This established WA commercial building contractor continue to grow from strength to strength across a range of commercial construction projects. Due to an ever growing portfolio of awarded contracts they are currently seeking an Assistant Contracts Administrator / Cadet to join their growing team.

You will be assisting in dealing with claims, variations, and verifying contractor and sub-contractor claims. You will be expected to identify and drive the commercial aspects of projects, to ensure maximum outcome for all stakeholders.
