We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to manage the afternoon shift, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.The AppointmentYou'll oversee the afternoon shift, leading the production team and managing maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality standards, optimising production schedules, and leading your team through daily challenges.

This is a hands-on, action-oriented role, with the opportunity to drive improvements and contribute to team development.You will enjoy doing the following : Lead and supervise the afternoon shift to meet production targets and ensure quality standards.Manage maintenance tasks and direct internal and external staff during breakdowns to minimise downtime.Oversee equipment care and maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation.Complete daily reports and assist with shift handovers to ensure smooth operations.Ensures all regulatory aspects of operating the manufacturing facility are compliant.The Appointee : You'll thrive in this role if you have : Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.A strong focus on quality with the ability to make quick, decisive decisions.Experience in printing, extrusion, mechanical, or food processing industriesAbility to manage and prioritize tasks during breakdowns and adapt to daily changes.Approachable, action-oriented, and a strong cultural fit with the team.Further Information : Australian owned, producing high-quality products.Afternoon shift, 2 : 00 PM start, with no weekends or on-call hours.Free onsite parking.Competitive salary with opportunities for career growth.If you are an experienced Production Supervisor or have a similar experience within the manufacturing industry, we invite you to click on the "Quick Apply" button
