Bottle Shop Manager

We seek an experienced Bottle Shop Manager to join our dynamic team in the McCrae Bottle Shop, VIC. As the Bottle Shop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy bottle shop, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position.

• What you'll be doing
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our loyal customer base
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the bottle shop and increase sales
• Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of customer service-focused retail staff
• Identify and recommend improvements to store operations and processes
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role, preferably within the liquor industry
• Strong knowledge of liquor licensing laws and regulations
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
• Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

Pay : $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
