As a Regional General Manager with us you have a chance to make a real impact! Through leading and shaping our SME Business Banking team across Adelaide for both BankSA and Westpac Group, you'll live and breathe our purpose of helping Australians succeed. With a strategic lens you'll drive deep and meaningful customer and community relationships across Small and Medium Enterprises (for us, that's customers with business lending requirements from $250k to $3M), not only giving them a great experience but also leading a service revolution through innovation, productivity and efficiency.

We're looking for a seasoned business banker with experience in sales leadership and coaching. You'll be commercially focused and risk astute, bringing a good understanding of the financial services market and a deep knowledge of business credit.

A natural people-person, your impressive track record in driving business performance and living a customer centric culture will make you a stand out!
