A day in the life As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for :

Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team membersDriving the Ghanda values with your store teamMaintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand directionLiaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor spacePreparing and monitoring : store rosters, sales reports & store / team complianceAbout you We'll know you're the one if you're someone :
