• The Job Role

KCBT is on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic educator to join our welcoming team at our Perth campus. As the first point of contact for international students, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and warm student experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Implementing effective TESOL methods and approaches.
• Teaching and assessing ELICOS courses in alignment with KCBT's syllabus and ELICOS Standards
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality communicative lessons for the ELICOS program.
• Cultivating respectful relationships with students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to the provision of a rich and diverse extra-curricular experience for students.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work and resources effectively to meet all departmental and organizational objectives.
• Minimum Qualifications
• Successful applicants will have all of the following :
• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• A CELTA or higher TESOL qualification.
• Previous experience in General English teaching (Desirable).
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
