Albarossa Pty Ltd is seeking to hire a professional, passionate and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to join their team for the location at Koorak Kings Park in Kings Park.

Main duties to be performed :

• Estimate food and beverage consumption;
• Place orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of beverage / fresh food;
• Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards plus liquor regulations are obeyed;
• Recruit and hire staff;
• Training and managing staff;
• Make decisions in regard to every aspect of the management of the venue;
• Maintain company procedures in regard to cash handling and record keeping while observing safety protocol during opening and closing of the restaurant;
• Organizing the menus in collaboration with the chefs;
• Manage the budget for the restaurant.
