• The ability to be your team's motivational leader, with the desire for learning new skills
• Experience in working towards store sales targets and KPI's.
• Previous experience in visual merchandising and stock management
• Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
• Previous leadership experience in a retail environment
• The role
• Assisting the manager in training and up skilling the team of 6
• Learning and developing your own skills to stay up to date with the latest trends and products
• Providing a tailored client experience to every single customer
• Leading, training and mentoring your team of 7+
• Stock management including ordering, visual merchandising and stock
