We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our biggest banking contracts in the Pacific as Sustainability Manager employed on a 7 month fixed term contract (from June 2025 to January 2026).

This role can either be based at our client’s site in the Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD.

Reporting to Key Account Director, this role acts as both strategic to manage the contract as well as a link to the Pacific sustainability tools and program to achieve our strategy. You will act as a key contact ensuring that we deliver sustainable service through operation environmental performance including regulatory compliance, meeting KPI and develop initiatives.

A snapshot of what you will do :

  • Manage and implement innovative solutions to drive environmental efficiencies
  • Interrogate and drive reductions in electricity, water and general waste consumption
  • Drive data asset and the sustainability operational delivery of the contract
  • Develop and implement management systems and frameworks
  • Provide advisory services to our client whilst advocating for long term sustainability growth
  • Assist in staff engagement relating to environmental initiatives
  • Maintain up to date information and provide key input to support reporting and audits
  • Proactive engage with internal and external stakeholders to align sustainability priorities and integration of opportunities

  • Qualification in Environmental Sustainability or / and Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing environmental programmes
  • Experience in systems. Data reporting and process management
  • Proven people and team management skills including the ability to interact and partner with all levels
  • Knowledge of sustainability sector trends and the ability to find solutions
  • Proven ability to develop business cases
  • Knowledge of building services and FM is an asset
  • Knowledge of NABERS ratings and sustainability frameworks (preferred).
