Superintendents Representative - Capital Works

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure contract obligations are applied honestly, fairly and consistently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure project meetings are held and documented.
• Issue variation orders, assess claims, and manage contractor RFIs.
• Ensure all compliance inspections are completed and recorded in accordance with the Building Act.
• Support the Superintendent in resolving disputes and maintaining contract compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding time, cost, and quality matters.
• Implement and maintain contract administration policies and post-contract performance evaluation procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in reviews of QA procedures.
• Promote and apply workplace health & safety and employment equity standards.
