Duties
- Mentor clients to boost confidence and skills
- Coach life skills : cooking, cleaning, and routines
- Assist with personal care : hygiene, dressing, etc.
- Administer medication and follow care plans
- Connect clients with community activities Skills & Experience
- Flexibility with shift availability (24 / 7 site)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Experience in Behavioural or Mental Health support (preferred)
- Valid full driver's licence
