This role is all about new business acquisition — identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and selling tailored training solutions that support compliance, risk, and assurance.About the RoleAs BDM, you'll own the full sales cycle — from strategic targeting and outbound prospecting through to closing deals.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to offer bespoke training services that solve real business problems.You'll be part of a supportive national sales team but have full autonomy to drive your region's new business revenue.
We're after someone who's hungry to succeed, commercially sharp, and not afraid to pick up the phone.Key responsibilities : Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic outreachDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with national revenue goalsIdentify and engage new clients across priority sectors – especially public sector and compliance-heavy industriesPrepare and deliver professional proposals, tender submissions and C-suite presentationsBuild long-term relationships and referral networks, including leveraging consultants and SAICAP contactsMaintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records and contribute to regular sales reportingCollaborate cross-functionally with training delivery, operational and technical teams to deliver an exceptional client experienceSkills and Experience : You're a seasoned B2B sales professional who thrives in a solution-based selling environment.
