Program Manager Critical Infrastructure Compliance |Lead a high-impact cyber uplift program

Your new company

This large, well-established energy provider is embarking on a critical program of work to ensure compliance with national security legislation. With a strong reputation for innovation and operational excellence, the organisation is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team through a complex cyber and infrastructure uplift.

Your new role

Starting in July, youll lead the delivery of a remediation plan aligned with the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act. This 12-month engagement (with potential for extension) will see you managing multiple interrelated projects across IT, OT, and cyber domainsensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, internal strategy, and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities include :

Leading cross-functional teams to deliver SOCI compliance initiatives
Managing program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks
Engaging with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies
Driving governance, reporting, and continuous improvement
Translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans

What youll need to succeed

10+ years in program / project management, ideally in critical infrastructure sectors

Experience delivering cybersecurity uplift programs and regulatory compliance (e.g. SOCI, Essential Eight)

Strong understanding of IT / OT environments and cyber architecture

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
