Job Description
As the Deputy Managing Director, you will work side-by-side with the Managing Director to implement and execute Defence Force Recruiting’s strategic vision. You will lead a high-performing team across recruitment, innovation, health services, and national operations; driving results that meet and exceed Commonwealth expectations. You will also play a key role in fostering strong relationships with the Australian Defence Force and government stakeholders, ensuring success across all contractual, operational, and cultural fronts. Your leadership will be pivotal in building a unified, purpose-led “One Team” committed to delivering 100% recruitment outcomes within 100 days.
