We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced

• Casual Sales Assistants
• to join our teams at our
• Sydney CBD
• Parramatta
• concession locations. If you are passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering premium customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Montique's brand values
• Support customers with styling advice and fit recommendations
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Process sales and handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain a tidy and organised concession space
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
• About You
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fashion retail sales role (essential)
• A keen eye for style and a passion for helping women look and feel their best
• A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
