Workshop Supervisor | Perth, WA

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently recruiting for experienced Workshop Supervisor  to join our clients’ high-performing teams based in Bibra Lake, Perth WA .

This full-time, Perth-based role involve leading mobile plant maintenance teams across workshop operations, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

Whether you’re an experienced supervisor or a Leading Hand ready to step up, we want to hear from motivated and technically skilled trades professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise workshop and field service teams including HD Mechanics, Auto Electricians, and Boilermakers.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, service schedules, and job allocations.
• Drive team productivity and uphold a strong safety-first culture.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective parts ordering and stock control.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on job progress, equipment performance, and planning.
• Oversee unplanned downtime responses with professionalism and clear communication.
• Monitor compliance with WHS, company standards, and documentation protocols.
