You will take full ownership of the people & culture function, with the opportunity to review, streamline and enhance existing processes, elevating HR to better support the broader business. With 75 headcount, this business is seeking someone who is solutions-focused, and can influence the Executive Leadership Team with confidence and precision.
This position is based in Sydney CBD and will require four days per week in the office. This role will present the opportunity to be involved in future mergers & acquisitions, and a put your flare on the entire employment lifecycle through new initiatives and innovating legacy foundations.
The Role
Act as a trusted advisor to the business, identifying and implementing HR best practices across all areas;Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee retention;Review and refine current HR processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness;Support recruitment strategies as required, with flexibility depending on hiring needs;Enhance performance review frameworks and templates, introducing greater structure and maturity to the process;Provide timely insights into market and industry HR trends to inform business decisions; andPlay a key role in supporting the integration of newly acquired law firms.To Be Successful
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within a professional services environment;Comfortable working autonomously in a standalone capacity & the know-how to business partner with executive leadership teams;Sound judgement in determining which issues can be managed independently and which should be escalated;Proactive, solutions focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach; andStrong commercial acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives to broader business goals.How to Apply
