About You
The Team Leader LAC reports to the Service Area Manager and leads a team of Local Area Coordinators (LACs). They are responsible for ensuring their team delivers high-quality services to people with disabilities aged nine and above, empowering them to have choice and control over their lives. The Team Leader ensures the team follows NDIA and SSI policies, meets or exceeds program KPIs and quality standards, and supports individual capacity-building projects. They handle reporting, incident management, while demonstrating strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. The role requires adaptability, working under pressure, and fostering a person-centered, accountable team culture.
