200 properties, all within nearby suburbsOversee a team of 5 Property ManagersBuilding strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeopleCoordinating repairs and maintenanceOverseeing arrears managementConducting ingoing& routine inspectionsAttending tribunal when required (rare!
