About the Role

We are seeking multipleSenior ICT Security Specialiststo lead and support the implementation management and retirement of secure ICT infrastructure across physical virtual networking and cloud environments. You will conduct complex technical assessments and ensure systems adhere to stringent security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct security risk assessments and provide expert guidance on procedural controls.
• Investigate and manage security breaches in accordance with policy.
• Advise stakeholders on security features of hardware / software systems.
• Communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of security standards and guidelines.
• Lead compliance efforts and review systems for vulnerabilities.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships across teams.

Location : The role is based in Canberra ACT Melbourne VIC Brisbane QLD or Perth WA

Contract terms : 12 months from commencement date plus two 12 month extensions at our clients discretion.

SFIA level required : The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 4.

Security Requirements : Our client requires a minimum NV1 security Clearance however an active or reinstatable TSPV security clearance is strongly preferred. Candidate will be expected to complete an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) will be required for this position.
