Job descriptionHuman Resources Officer to establish policy, procedures and support operational HR matters across the company. About onpoint 365 Building high performing workplaces, with every connection. About the Role Influence the companies culture of innovation, agility and continuous improvement, guiding and mentoring people and strategically managing resources Manage and provide advice on HR matters to support the business and staff and ensure compliance with relevant legislation Deliver high level advice, briefing, reporting and presentations publicly and to senior decision makers Report, develop and implement human resource strategies to ensure the integrity of onpoint's operations Manage staff performance in accordance with legislation and company policy, as well as source / develop and implement Learning and development solutions for the company Responsible for Scribe services and HR projects delivery Ideally, you will have Financial management skills Demonstrated high-level written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Demonstrated experience in effective leadership of a team Demonstrated well developed problem solving and risk management skills, including the ability to provide innovative solutions, complex problems solving and resolution management Desirable, but not essential Qualification and 3 year's relevant experience in Human Resources or other relevant experience This position may require interstate travel as well as occasionally working and attending onpoint events outside of standard hours._ How to apply : _ Applications received after submission may be considered for similar roles._ If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career._ Reference : 1347578
