Parttime Opportunity :

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our Rowes Bay Residential Aged Care team on a parttime basis.

As part of our Hotel Services team your role as Chef includes managing all operational requirements in a commercial kitchen with the support of a dedicated team.

This role will entail :

• Cooking high quality nutritious meals for senior residents
• Adapting dishes to suit dietary allergy and modified food requirements
• Ensuring all food is prepared cooked and served in accordance with legislation
• Managing employee matters including rostering training and performance
• Assisting the Residential Manager with associated budgets and costs
