We at InfraBuild would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2026 Graduate Program as a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor based in Newcastle, Rooty Hill, Laverton and Adelaide.
Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2026, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.
